Our exfoliating batt mitt is a vegan, God-sent manufactured from Ramie—a natural, textile fiber and derivative of the Nettle family. Cultivated over 5000, ramie was even used in Egyptian mummification. More absorbent than cotton, ramie is firm enough to cleanse and exfoliate the skin without irritation. Its convenient design allows you to build a rich lather while exfoliating, cleansing, and moisturizing with your favorite soap loaves from Ori & Ara Essentials. Our soap mitt is also the perfect solution for small bathing spaces. Simply draw the cotton string and hang to dry with your soap inside!
To use: Place your soap inside the bag, pull the drawstring closed, and cleanse your ara! Soak mitt in warm water for two minutes to soften the fabric for ease of use on the body. Always hang to dry in a ventilated place after each use. For best hygiene practices, we recommend gentle washing with cold or warm water—to prevent shrinking and/or stretching—and air-drying your soap mitt. Replace with a new soap mitt after 4-6 weeks of use.
